The artisans first cut the repurposed Kantha fabric into long strips, wrap them with colorful cotton thread, and then cover oval-shaped beads with the textured strips. The thread-wrapped beads are incredibly colorful, and separated by small traditional kantha beads to create the Threaded Kantha Teardrop Earrings. Crafted from upcycled textiles, no two are exactly alike.
